Think USA Dairy’s Reference Manual for U.S. Cheese is a 135-page guide that educates international buyers and end users on purchasing and using U.S. cheese, including information on its varieties, nutritional values, and versatility.

The previous iteration of this lengthy manual no longer reflected USDEC and Think USA Dairy’s brand. I collaborated with my colleague, Whitney, to overhaul the design of the manual. The end result reflects their current branding, and is much easier to read, thanks in part to our editor, Tiffany.
